PARENTING CLASSES
Learn how to raise happy, responsible and cooperative children during our 8-week parenting class. Our parenting program is lead by Fran Hart, a staff counselor with over 15 years experience of teaching parenting skills. Each week, you will learn critical and important skills that will help you build the relationship you want with your children by utilizing the Systematic Training for Effective Parenting theory, pioneered by psychologist Alfred Adler.

Our class will help you:
  • Develop effective ways to communicate
  • Understand the differences between praise and encouragement
  • Encouraging cooperation
  • Understand misbehavior and responding effectively
  • Provide parent self care and support
Classes meet Tuesday evenings from 7 – 9pm
  • Fees are $200 for individuals or $295 for couples – payable over 7 weeks.
  • Includes book, instruction materials, and completion certificate.
